WORKOUT PERIOD: 10MINUTES

I DRANK 12OCL OF WATER AS SOON AS I GOT UP FROM BED BEFORE;

BREAKFAST: GUAVAS.. TEA AND BREAD MINUTES LATER

LUNCH: NIL

DINNER: APPLES WITH LOTS OF WATER 😀

  1. Hello dear.

    I noticed you skipped lunch. Aim for healthy replacements at meal times instead of skipping meals. At your weight you need to take about 1200 calories to lose weight. make your breakfast heavier than other meals and ensure you have protein with every meal. For breakfast instead of bread and tea, opt for oatmeal and fruit.
    I’m currently in week 3 of my fitness and healthy eating challenge. I could send you a copy of my meal plan if you’re interested.
